+ What is Strongman Conditioning?

Strongman conditioning is our group class that combines traditional weight training with strongman exercises to deliver a full body, fat loss workout. Expect to train at your absolute limit in a safe and progressive manner.

+ What Packages will be offered?

  • 12 sessions - $440+HST
  • 24 sessions - $780+HST
  • 36 sessions - $1080+HST

+ When do the classes run?

Our full schedule is currently TBD, but classes will run weekday evenings and weekend mornings.

+ How many people are in each class?

For a high intensity training experience that doesn't compromise on quality, each class is strictly limited to 8 participants.

+ What makes this group training different?

This is no random bootcamp. Each class is structured to target a specific energy system in a precise fashion. The training system will change each month. This gives attendees the best of both worlds - enough consistency to see progress but enough variety to avoid plateaus and boredom.

+ Are there different class levels?

Our strongman group training accomodates all levels from pure beginners to advanced trainees. Strongman training is unique in that the exercises are easy to learn from a technical perspective and beginners will simply go at a slower pace compared to higher level participants. But in the end, each individual will train to their respective capacities.

+ Can I attend this class if I have pain or injuries?

Yes! Strongman training is unique in that there is no eccentric (aka lowering) component to the exercise. This makes it unique in that it is incredibly easy on the joints while still offering a challenging training effect.

If you have pain or injuries that may limit you, we ask that you arrive 15 mins early to the class and inform the coach. They'll modify and make adjustments so you can still train hard, get results while staying out of pain.

That said - if you have serious pain or limitations, you may wish to explore some 1-on-1 training or therapy to get this resolved first.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You can cancel a booking without charge at any time if it’s at least 48 hours before class. Please cancel your bookings online through your account.

If you cancel your class within 48 hours of your scheduled class time or if you miss a class without cancelling, your class credit will be forfeited and deducted from your account.

+ I'm not sure I'm ready for this... can you help?
