ELEVATE: SMall Group Coaching
The sweet spot between one-on-one and group training, POINT ONE ELEVATE is designed for the female looking to burn fat, improve conditioning and tone without building muscle. This training is executed in a small group setting. with a maximum of 6 trainees to 1 coach per session.

3 hours per week of dedicated training.

Designed for females who’s main goal is fat loss.

Anytime. Anywhere in the world. Fully individualized coaching delivered to you online. Performance education provided through our online E-Learning platform for members. The same results we're known for delivered to you at a fraction of the cost of in-person training.
REQUIREMENTS:
Online Coaching is for highly self-motivated individuals. We can't be there to hold your hand. If you lack motivation, this is not for you.
Not for beginners. You should have some experience working with a qualified coach before beginning online training.
