Today, getting real results involves so much more than just diet and exercise. Your circadian rhythm, your body’s ability to tell time, is the first blindspot that many miss when it comes to optimizing your fitness results.
Visualize this: you own a factory that builds something complex (perhaps a car). 1000s of employees all need to work together. They need to coordinate to produce and arrange different components to build something elaborate. How efficient would this process be if every employee’s watch was broken? Not very. The exact same thing happens with the trillions of cells in your body. They need to tell time accurately.
After working with over 500 different people, I can unequivocally say that those who follow the above make exceptional and consistent progress towards their goals.
